Select Version Digital. Choose Edition. Buy Now. Release Date: December 14 , Marley 10 years ago 2. Not all PC games are extensively modded I have never heard of any worthwhile AC mods. Ubisoft probably does not make it easy to mod the game, and there are no official SDKs. The only mods I am expecting is a all bonus content unlocker. I was expecting a mod that let you use temporal outfits in the normal game, for example. But I guess AC series are hard to mod and no one wants to go through that?
I don't know. I believe I saw a AC star wars mod somewhere on the web. Alastor 10 years ago 6. Go to Skyrim more like Oblivion for mods. I don't like Skyrim, but thanks for the recommendation. The Assassin's Creed series uses the Anvil formerly Scimitar game engine and Revelations is no different. The issue with this is that Anvil is entirely proprietary and so, save for some. Any kind of extensive modding would require reverse engineering it, which for an engine the apparent size and complexity of Anvil would be very difficult.
Large scale mods using AC games as a basis are pretty much impossible at this point. What you will find are texture changing mods and the odd shader mod ENB series comes to mind.
