For those of you who don't have effects make sure on the Atlantis folder you put the effect files into the main FSX effects folder.
It uses a cockpit and has no flame effects. There is no booster fire and you cant put it on the launch pad. Other than this add-on is great. This should work. It might take a couple of times. It controls like its literally floating and you can really maneuver this in any way that you wish, making flying around easier than ever before.
It actually takes away a lot of the traditional difficulties that pilots might have, despite being incredibly powerful. Its controls are very different and it can easily cruise at the highest speeds possible, and is capable of reaching the highest altitudes within the game. Space shuttles are certainly a little different to what most of us would be used to flying so it can really spice things up for the FSX veterans out there! This is well worth a look if you are sick of normal aircraft and want to really just cruise around the world at the highest possible altitude.
