They're not all downloadable for license reasons. But that may have changed nowadays. Under its java directory, I found db2jcc. I think both PE and EE, the personal and enterprise editions, have this licence file.
Java -cp. DB2Jcc -version The 'Build Number' indicates the date the driver was compiled and can be used to determine the drivers age. Without that license file, the type 4 driver won't even try to talk to the server, you'll get an exception.
Though the page I pointed to above happens to be the windows page, it's the same type 4 driver for all platforms, as should be expected.
